Friendly staff, especially Mandy, a very attractive lady at the reception, look for her, she is running the show, a problem solver.. Other staff are also friendly and helpful.. Room is big.. bathroom is not. Breakfast is mostly Chinese, can be improved by adding some cheese and more salad.. No complimentary coffee in rooms, only Chinese tea :)

The room was spotless, The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Check-in, Check-out was a breeze and Gene was very helpful and so was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vist Guangzhou for business/pleasure. Thank you!

Staff at concierge were helpful and polite. They handled the requests efficiently and considerate. Regarding the breakfast, there’re variety food for customers to select. The view of our room no. 2206 which was facing the river was fantastic. Whiteswan hotel’s location was within the walking distance from the Huang Sha MTR station where you could directly take it from the Guangzhou East Highspeed railway. Overall is 👍👍👏👏

My stay at the W Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and located in a prime area surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single day. A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. Every meal felt special, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Overall, the W Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return next year!
